Coaching is a collaborative process. We meet regularly (often by video call, but sometimes in person) to clarify your goals, explore challenges, and create actionable steps forward. CultureShift coaching isn’t about giving you answers—it’s about helping you unlock the answers already within you.
Debriefing is a guided reflection process that helps you make sense of transitions, challenges, or cross-cultural experiences. Rather than just “moving on,” debriefing gives you the chance to process your story, identify lessons learned, and prepare for what’s next with greater clarity and resilience.
Intercultural development is about building the awareness, skills, and adaptability needed to work across cultures with respect and effectiveness. We use proven assessments and training tools to help you or your team grow in understanding, reduce miscommunication, and build stronger connections in diverse settings.
Yes! While fun and connection are part of the process, our team building goes deeper.
